5. Can you supply products other than those shown on your web site.

We have accounts with most tool manufactures and any promotions they run we will be able to supply. If you can not find it on the site contact our retail shop and we will take the order or add it to the web site for you.

6. What if I need a spare part or advise about a repair.

We supply spares for most makes of tools and if we do not have the part you need we will order it for you. If we can not supply your requirements we are happy to offer advise where you may obtain it.

7. Do you repair tools or sharpen blades etc.
|
We can repair most quality power tools but spares are not available for many of the cheaper/DIY tools. We do have a sharpening service for most tools which have a cutting edge.

You are welcome to phone us and we do try to answer your call as soon as possable but we do work in a retail envioment and this may delay our responce.

9. Are you a web based company or do you have hands on knowledge of what you sell.

We are a retail outlet with a high street shop. We are well known in the Hastings having grown from a small DIY shop (before the days of B & Q) into a large retail shop over 45 years. We know what we sell, if we have not got it we'll get it.
